"OS SUCKS! Overall terrible experience twice!"

Pros: Great product... easy setup and Windows Mobile 6 is excellent. I use it as a Modem for my computer, the bluetooth works fantastics, it is fast and reliable. I am not changing the Q for a long time.
Cons: I think the cell could have been better with a bigger screen. It is kind of big so the screen should have been bigger.

Pros: The set-up and customizations are great. It's easy to hold and the key pad is friendly to bigger hands. The screen has wonderful color and detail. The ringer can go quite loud which is useful for loud environments or for the alarm clock. It's Stylish
Cons: This phone doesn't connect to PCS Picture Mail (as all Sprint phones with Windows) which makes it a hassle to send pics or video.Assigning downloaded songs as ringers can be a little confusing.
