"new to smart phones and I like it"
Pros: phone quality
Cons: jog wheel difficult
Summary: I just switched over to smartphones - started with an HTC mogul - which was fun - but had a lot of glitches, was not practical for my uses and did not do what was advertised so I returned it for the Q9c. It has been easy to use - email works great - phone is great. The jog wheel is hard to use and the buttons are a little odd. The main complaints I have are about Windows Mobile and Sprint itself - not the phone
