"TERRIBLE. Breaks in the same way everytime."
Pros: The phone is well designed in theory, and the keyboard is easy to type on once you get used to it. Good for quick texting and has a reliable keyguard. Windows Mobile is good when it works, but inconvenient really.
Cons: I have had 8 of these phones in 2 years, luckily all for free due to my insurance plan. They all broke in the exact same way, eventually get bogged down and go so slow until the phone becomes unusable. Verizon told me they see this a lot with Qs.
