"Phone fell apart"
Pros: Clear, easy to read screen, great receptino
Cons: poor quality contruction
Summary: I was surpised my phone came apart at the screen within one week of light usage. Motorola typically makes fine equipment. Returned it to verizon with no hassles. Would have liked to keep the phone, but if this is the way the phone is made, no thanks. I'll wait till something else comes out. Perhaps Verizon sent me a used phone that was repaired (highly likely).
