Pros: As some have said, probably better for younger set, not for business. Some nice features like camera, video and music.

Cons: The the up/down functions sometimes lead one to mash the main 'select' button inadvertently. I'm lucky to get 4-5 days battery life. Main gripe is the screen is terrible in outside light; contacts/numbers are unreadable; chg to large font helped.

Summary: You have to be very careful opening the phone on received calls; it'll slip your fingers, close back up and cut off the call. Changing the font to largest available is the only option to be able to barely see your contacts in outdoor lighting (TMobile store rep verified this; tried to change it to no avail). Decent camera and video; but not good in low light settings. Good music and download features. Plenty of storage. My wife and I are both very light users and both are lucky to get 4-5 days from the battery; I can't believe anyone will get 12 days in standby mode. Bottom line: if you use your phone outside, don't buy this one. My old Samsung SGH-T209 was much better for just basic use.
