Pros Big screen, comfortable in hand or pocket, user friendly, good sound & reception, easy speaker phone, great joy stick ever for phones
Cons Slow to boot up, must press hard on power button, menu button is off to the side too close to button to recieve calls.
Summary Have had it for over a year and a half and it's been dropped many times and still works great. The screen has some minor scratchs from dropping it.The screen is larger than most and easy for text mail. The joystick is the best I have ever used. The camera is easy to use but the quality is just like many camera phones so so. Maybe it needs a flash! I have T-mobile and live in Los Angeles and have only lost reception on a couple of times in bad cell reception areas.
Recently I have looked at many of the new phones out there as I was considering getting a flip phone but they don't match the quality and the features of my Nokia. The only one I might consider in the future is the Nokia 6682 but it's heavy and pricey.
Don't talk and drive!
Pros Multi-function Device! Does not fail when used properly.
Cons heavy and tends to slip out of hand owing to its design. Sound a bit weak. Connection to PC via Blue tooth or a card reader.
Summary It is multiple device with so many features especially to someone who knows how to use it.I have been using it now for more than a year and it still continues to excite me.Because it a symbian phone one can load and unload software and make it work according to one's own choice! It works beautifully in UK where I am now from India.I use it as a phone as well as PDA carrying my documents, address book and songs as well as photographs in it. Thanks to the 256MB memory card.
In short I love this phone despite its weaknesses!
Pros camera, ease of use, BIG screen, mmc card, compatible software,
Cons getting to mmc, video rec, slow,
Summary i think this phone is great! iv been using it for just over a year now and i got to say im impressed. moving on from a sagem myx5 is a big leap. god did i hate that phone!
there are lots of pros for this phone! the best one being it has an mmc card slot. might not be much but consider the free software you can get off the pc internet. get a card reader then bang it on your phone. i had 30 games at one point with a 32mb card! the size of the screen is great, the colour is great, the menu is simple. even thou people say its size is huge! that is not the case, this phone is an idle size and looks great. feels great, and its not as heavy as ud thing. hasnt bothered me for 12 months.
few bad points thou. mmc is great, just gotta find it. take off the back and the battery to get to it, not very ideal. the video recording is 10 seconds!!!! thats pathetic, its annoyed me for so long. but there is software you can get but u gotta pay ( forget that ) o and the os is rather slow, only when its trying to load but searching through the phone is fine. you build a little bit of patience with it in the end.
overall i would recommend definatly!
Pros GREAT SOUND AND VERY INTUITIVE
Cons Display Light too short, price a little too high, video too short (9 seconds)
Summary I bought the Nokia 6600 about 2 years ago and finally I have found the best cell phone ever (and I have owned at least 10 in my life). Nokia in my opinion makes the best cell phones and the 6600 is the best that I have seen from Nokia yet. I travel all the time and this phone us great for the business traveller. I do not like flip phones and really small phones so I actually like the somewhat bulky style of the phone as it sits in my hand great. The speakerphone and normal speaker is great. I can turn the volume up and actually here people talk. Other lower priced cell phones have really bad sound I have noticed. Love that the time changes automatically. One of the best phones made to date. Nokia has the most intuitive features that make sense and are easy to find. BUY THIS PHONE NOW!!!
Pros Everything is there
Cons I do not see any...
