  • "Great Phone and More"
    on by bphipps312

Pros keyboard, PC connectivity and software suite, screen is great, phone-data intergration, best battery life on the market, not one bad thing I can find!

Cons none, just wish there was more software available.

Summary I've had this phone for two weeks and can't live without it. Whether its reading e-books on the subway or checking numbers and my schedule on the fly, I'm just hooked. I wanted the 9500 for the Wi-Fi but this unit is so small and compact that I don't miss it. Plus, with my GPRS data connection from Cingular I can surf and download e-mail anywhere not just at a "hotspot". I just put it in the cradle and sync it with my computer then walk away from my PC for as long as I want. The only work I do on my PC now is coding and development. The phone is rock solid and fits great in your hand for talking and data use. Plus the WOW factor is nice, I've been asked so many times, "what is that?" and "where can I get one of those?" I got mine from a distributor in the U.K. and hope that this unit becomes more mainstream in the U.S. Try this phone, you won't be disappointed.

  • "Versatile device for people wanting to start connected while on the go!"
    on

Pros The 9300 packs a solid punch in a small package. Standard benefits include - its manageable size, super stamina battery, strong reception, user friendly email and other on board software. Some extras that make this phone stand out are its amazing speaker

Cons A camera would have been nice - however, I do understand that this is a business phone. A big con is the placement of the Memory Card - one needs to remove the back cover and the battery! It would have been awesome if one could hot swap the memory card...

  • "A very good smartphone!"
    on

Pros One look at this and you might ponder about the size. The 9300 is the smallest Communicator (significantly smaller than the 9500). The display is fantastic. The typing and comfort of using the PDA function in the palms of your hand is very very comfortabl

Cons The price of course :). Also, I wish this phone had a vibrating alert but then againg I can see how come it wouldn't since this is a mini computer as well. The numeric keypads on the outside of the phone seem to be alittle loose after some use but I don't

  • "Practical Business HandSet With Doc Edit Facility"
    on by srinisudha

Pros Doc Edit Facility, Good Talktime, Easy Sync , Great Screen, and Good Sound Quality.

Cons Just little bit bulky...............but much better than its earlier cousins -i.e communicator series.

Summary Amazingly they have reduced the size of this phone from the older cousins of the communicator series.....but Nokia-9300 is not called a comminicator..but just a smartphone.
It is a practical executive mobilephone, with good talktime, doc edit facility, lots of memory both in Bulit(80MB)and Memory Card upto 2GB, all email functions, sms.....
and a good speakerphone with conference call options.
As of today, many business work places have banned the use of cammera phone, so that is understandble to practical users.....
    Its slightly overprices...

  • "Not only smart but also stylish"
    on by nrgallo

Pros Easy to carry, amazing functions, Symbian 7, not so expensive for this type of phones

    Cons No built-in camera

Summary I think it's a very good pda/phone. It's no only easy to carry but also it has a lot of amazing functions. Yeah, it doesn't have a camera, but if you aren't all the time taking pictures, so that's not so important.
