Pros: Superb signal strength. Superb audio quality. Solid OS being Symbian- no crashes and no lagging at any time. No dropped calls. Superb battery life. Days go by without having to recharge. Good Email Software. Email alerts, Audio playback of Emails.
Cons: Keyboard is just a tad bit stiff and cramped. GUI not as easy to get around on-from text to email accounts like on Blackberry Bold is easier. Display resolution is not as good as newer devices. On board email client not as good as BB.

"For a business user,almost the best phone ever"
Pros: + Email client is really good, exchange support is good, speakerphone is good, integrated GPS with navigation (via subscription), podcast client can auto download on a daily basis, very solid phone and software. Predictive text when typing..all good.
Cons: - Regular email program only renders in plain text, all html mail is as an .htm attachment. For me this is no problem as plain text is smaller in size and more secure.

Pros: Slim, Durable, WiFi, GPS, Texting, Nice bright screen, Quick GUI, Mappable Keys, Reception, 3G (ATT ONLY), syncs with iTunes, Texting, Highly customizable, Great support, Many application, easily usable for the business and/or consumer.
