Pros Fast txting compared to touchscreens, responsive, great internet capability, easy to personalise, great camera. love the chat and email features.
Cons Hard to see screen in very bright light, but apart from that, nothing bad. It's a great phone.
Summary Initially bought a touch-screen phone and hated it. Should have bought this first. So much easier to text, navigation is a breeze, easy to do everything you need. Love the keyboard and colour (I have the purple one). Can chat and check email quickly, internet is fast, touchpad is responsive and overall it's far and away better than the touchscreen phone I had.
Pros Hardly any that made me raise my eyebrows.
Cons Hardly any.
Summary Do not compare this with touch screen phones. If you know what you want, the chance is this phone will tickle your delight.PROS: Obviously I made a mistake here. What I meant here was the total opposite. The PROS are just so many to mention that it would really raise eyebrows!!!

Summary Nokia or any brand make something missing in every model for business reason, I believe.....
But, Nokia E72 is perfect for business user considering all pros and cons
I personally use E72 and recommend all business user to use it.... I will not recommend this mobile for Sabab or young media lover user who just look for camera, video and music (Entertainment user)
Pros Camera with 5 m pixels, picture editing options and a flash
Cons Complex menu structure, weak operating system, weak hardware, incompatibility to services it aims to provide, over/under sensitive navigation button
Summary This phone is complicated to operate when trying to personalize its appearance, unclear menu structure and settings. Its connectivity is questionable when trying to connect to WIFI or Bluetooth. Its email function is unstable and not really compatible with the services it aims to connect to. setting the phone for these activities took me more than an hour after digging in sub menus. Sending and reading mails is not comfortable, as web browsing. Installed applications tended not to work well with limited functionality. If i could return this device I would do so
Pros Solid Symbian OS, great connectivity, reliable, excelent battery life, good Nokia Ovi Maps navigation...
Cons No touchscreen, it's not like iPhone (more multimedia tasks), Symbian OS is old and has no new features like Android, iPhone or even Pocket PC... Needs more vitamins, but it's still a good OS...
Summary This cell phone is very good! Reliable and great connectivity. The battery life is awesome! You can download hundreds of Symbian softwares, and the OS is old fashioned but reliable... You can connect to any wireless or mobile hotspot easily... This is a great improvement when compared with Nokia E71. This is a fantastic cell phone! It's a must to have!!! Belive me...
