Pros Windows does have a well organized, neat interface.
Cons Issues with the charging port, lack of apps available for Windows Phone in general, unable to use custom notification tones
Summary I really did like this phone at first. Windows has a very neat, organized interface. Everything was great until about a month after I got the phone. I then started having issues charging it. It wouldn't charge with the original charger that came with it unless it was in a certain position (and g-d forbid it moved 1cm!). After reading online I noticed this seems to be a common issue with this phone. I'm now completely unable to charge the phone at all and have resorted to using my old Android until I find a new phone that has basic functions that work. I really can't recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros Its a Nokia phone. Period.
Awesome camera with cool features
Super fast UI
Offline maps with turn-by-turn navigation. And in many languages!
Affordable for such fantastic features.
Cons Doesn't come with wireless charging out of the box.
Summary Loads of goodies with Camera, Offline maps, fast UI and not to forget the most stylish phone in the market that comes in beautiful colors.
Above all......Its a Nokia phone.
Pros great design
takes great pics
Cons size is a little bigger than expected
Summary The Nokia Lumia is a really awesome phone, but don't take my word for it. Amazon has the best reviews from people who actually bought the phone. Here's a list of the best reviews and discounts for the Nokia Lumia and it's accessories: http://*******/18vTebm. Done all the research for you. Hope this helps.
Pros -Very smooth and extremely responsive UI
-Good video quality
-Nice front facing camera (good quality)
Cons -Average photos, camera does not live up to the expectations
-Lack of FM tuner
-Poor sound (MP3) quality
-Lack of traditional Nokia profiles that let you customize settings and filter incoming calls (selective ringing)
Summary It is a good stylish phone.
It comes down to what you want and the actual money you end up paying for it. A couple of months ago, here in Greece the price was around 600euros (extremely overpriced). I bought it on 220euros which was an excellent price considering what it offers.
The OS is so responsive that you will not even notice that the processor is single cored.
If photo quality is a major concern, look elsewhere though. Considering the specs (8MP, Carl-Zeiss optics) photos are very underwhelming which in a peculiar way is NOT the case for video recording quality.
"Amazing phone!"on by checho1053
Pros -Amazing design
-ver smooth OS
-Feels very powerful you don't even notice it has a single-core processor
-Feel very good on hand
Cons .Lack of an equalizer
-Poor sound quality compared to other phones such as Symbian OS phones
-Camera trends to take shaky pictures sometimes
Summary I basically love my Nokia Lumia, it has a premium design, I've got the black model, but I'll see what I can do the a cyan blue one, I love the way it is, pretty smooth, no lagging, so even though it does not have a Dual Core processor feels very fast, something I've noticed is that the quality sound is not that good, I have a Nokia N9 and when I compared quality sound, Lumia device was disappointing, another thing is the camera, sometimes I have to re-take the picture a couple of times because they look shaky, something pretty weird, it happened to me once, that the phone got stoked so I couldn't even turn the phone Off. regardless to that I love Nokia's hardware, but we just need some other apps to be available on WP, I kinda miss games on my Lumia, not a big deal, but I think it will help a lot.
