Summary: Loyalty can sometimes drive consumers to a bad place when companies put profits before designing for consumer delight. I want the absolute best smartphone at all times and for years this phone has been the iPhone. But Apple dropped the ball and got lost in a competitive battle with Google forgetting that consumers are what matter the most.
The Lumia 920 was being pinned as the best smartphone on the market and after doing a lot of research I could not have agreed more. Many blogs said that the phone was "too heavy". My 115 lb wife has a Lumia 920 and she cannot put the thing down. Not once have I heard her say it is "too heavy". Some of the other negatives have been outright incorrect. For instance the NYT said it lacked talk-to-text. I have had the phone since day one, and I can tell you it does have talk-to-text because I use it all of the time. So be careful when you read a review article because not everyone checks their facts.
