Cons: Not as good looking as iPhone or Xperia. Had a small issue with Ovi software (on PC) after a recent update. That of course will be fixed soon.
Summary: I had been a Nokia user for more than a decade. I had drifted to Sony (W810i) in between and was planning to buy Xperia. Just checked Nokia site if there were any new phones and my eye caught N8 (then unreleased). Had waited for it desperately and purchased three weeks ago. I am very happy with it.
PS: Non availability of great support software and free Maps were the main reason for me to drop out. Of course, a 12 MP cam made the drop out even sweeter :-)
