"VERY HAPPY"
Pros: 5mp camera with xenon flash, playlist, real player
Cons: Phone can't stand on it's side
Summary: At first, I had planned to get the Nokia n95, till I saw threads of N95 vs N82. The advantages of the N95 was that it had a bigger screen and a nice design. Advantages for the N82 was that it takes nicer pictures, cheaper then the N95, and does about everything the N95 does.
I purchased the N82 from http://smart-mobile-gadgets.com with a 4 year warranty. The thing that almost prevented me from purchasing the n82 was the keypad, but after a day of using it I'm able to drive and text with one hand. Also the pictures it takes are awesome, especially at night with bad lighting conditions. The N82 came bundled with Adobe PDF reader, office viewer, and real player.
The only bad thing I didn't like with this phone was that it is unable to stand on it's side. The camera has a self timer, you'd have to purchase a tripod from ebay or something to use that feature.
This phone isn't for everyone. It depends on what your looking for in a phone. If your looking for a phone to browse online at ease, the N82 is capable of doing so, but may not be as good as the Iphone. If your looking for something made out of metal, then you should check out the Nokia 8800 Arte which is made out of stainless steel and has a scratch resistant screen. If your looking for something cheap, then obviously this isn't the phone for you.
If you do purchase the n82, make sure you purchase some sort of cover or case for your N82. I suggest buying the invisible shield from www.zagg.com, you'll be glad you did. Also join the club at www.everythingn82.com for questions or talk with other N82 users. Overall I think the N82 was well worth my money.
On the side note, cnet stated that this unit doesn't support US 3G. We shouldn't put the this phone for not supporting US 3G, instead we should look down on US 3G for not keeping up with modern times. Europe and some other countries such as the Philippines has the ability to do video calls, while US is falling behind because we're too busy calling ourselves number 1.

i look at european carrier and they are so far ahead of the US carriers. US carriers are all about making money plus the taxes adds another 20 dollars to our bill. Cell phone service in america is very expensive comapared to other countries.
