Pros: This device really does do everything. Tons of storage, fast at everything, open to everything.
Cons: Having to deal with Nokia's customer care if anything should be wrong. Battery life fluctuates even with little/no use.
Summary: Having to deal with Nokia's customer care is one of the worst experiences ever. My phone arrived with a dead pixel and shortly after the phone no longer detects the headset (headset works fine in other devices). I have called their customer care numerous times and sent about a dozen emails, they keep telling me that my situation has been "escalated to executive care" however I have not heard anything form this care group (I have been battling with this since I got the device on 12-1).
This might be limited to the service team that handles the United States as many reviews from European users have stated the exact opposite when dealing with Nokia for various devices. If Nokia could get a clue and boost their American service then there would be nothing negative attached to this device. What a shame.
