"Battery life kills the phone"0.5 starson by cdoebbler
Pros: Very interesting and powerful operating system...when it works.
Cons: Companies lie about the battery life of their phones, so one should be cautious...but there are lies and 'real lies'...In this case Nokia has virtually defrauded its customers by providing a telephone that can not really make it through a day.
Summary: The battery life makes the telephone unusable. You can not even get through a full day and even on standby it lasts less than half the time it claims it will last with a new battery. In this case i think they have made material misrepresentations as to the merchantability of the product and should held legally responsible for the lie to every customer who purchased this phone. Moreover the Mameo operating system is already becoming obsolete as there is much more Android software out there. It hurts me to see Nokia make such a blunder, but the really screwed up here and should withdraw the phone from the market and apologize to and compensate all their customers who brought this phone on the basis of their misrepresentations.
