Pros: COMPANY SHOULD INTERACT ON ONE TO ONE BASIS IF THEY WISH TO WIN INDIAN CUSTOMERS. Nokia is pathetic in addressing customer greviences.
Cons: NOKIA SERVICE CENTRES ARE PATHETIC AND VERY ARROGANT.

Please help me with the contact details of anyone from Nokia who can help me out in the below querry.
I am one of those highly dissatisfied users of nokia who are suffering due to poor quality of materials of noka N82. I am using N82 from last 1.5 years and I am faced with dielima of either spend hugely on repair or buy a new phone. The LCD screen has started developing lines, the panel got scratcehd with 10-15 days of purchase. I took it to the nearby service centre who was very BLUNT in telling me that Nokia does not replace panel covers etc.
Please help me so that my next phone remains to be NOkia..
I was using a Sony K750i before this phone for 1.5 years- which my wife is still using witout any problems, for that matter even battery is the same...
