"Palm's Bargain Phone - Buyer Beware"
Pros: I liked the included ring tones, battery life decent
Cons: Cheaply constructed buttons. Long delays after button presses, etc. Can't sync email, etc unless connected the 'Sprint' network

"A great little phone with superb features"
Pros: I love the text message conversation feature because it keeps track of all texts in a neat way. Call quality is splendid. I always get reception and barely ever have trouble hearing - even in a loud environment.
Cons: Keyboard is a little small so it's easy to make mistakes. Buttons are numerous and somewhat confusing.

"But for the size and camera, TREO is wayyy better!"
Pros: small, sleek & stylish
