"Really a 9.5 - Almost perfect"
Pros: It was free (with New Every Two), it's easy to use, it has a great camera and external micro-SD card support. The calendar and task list are very intuitive. You can record your own ring tones for FREE
Cons: The keyboard is small, but it has to be in order for the phone to be small. The web browser is sort of annoying if you are viewing non-mobile browser friendly web pages.
Summary: It?s a relatively small smart phone. It fits in your pocket easily or in a case. You have to shop around for cases though because the phone is too big for ?regular cell phone? cases and too small for ?regular? PDA phone cases. I bought the pirate themed case on Verizon?s Website and it fits like a glove, but it definitely is not for everyone since it is black and white striped. I have had the phone for about 2 .5 weeks now and use it all the time for reminding me to do things, surfing the web and talking on the phone. Set up was a breeze. I really love the calendar and task lists. It is so easy compared to using the ones that come on a regular cell phone. If you have ever used a Palm, then you?ll be used to its layout. I get about 2-3 days of battery life with moderate use. I talk maybe about 30 minutes a day and web surf about another 30. I am just an average joe, not some high powered business man using the phone all day for e-mailing. The keyboard works fine, even if you have larger hands. It?s not great for typing long e-mails, but what do you expect!? You either get a small phone with small keyboard or big phone with big keyboard. I hope that helps. Enjoy!

When U say U can recrd ur own rngtnes
do U mean U can edit an MP3 on ur PC & just transfer it by USB 2 ur cell & itll B listed in the ringtones? If so that's what Ive been lookin 4

Neither has worked @ all & its really T'ing me off Even when usin a ringtone prog that CLAIMS 2 B able 2 work w/my cell & I went 2 send rngtne 2 my cell I got msg sayin the file was 2 big
I Emailed from my PC via OE & I got a WAP Encoding Error WT$
& when I tried 2 send it via USB it was
only listed in MP3 player part of it
but not the ringtone list! I was about 2 throw it out the window! Of course Verizon was useless in helpin me w/this! Xcept a tech support guy who said a SmartPhone would probly B the best way 2 go 4 it 2 work. My best friend knows more about this than me said ONLY smartphones could accept MP3s as ringtones that U make on ur PC w/out any probs! So plz tell me if that'ss what U meant
