"The good, the bad, and the ugly"
Pros: its a cute phone, not so high-tech but advance and mature for the people in the late 20's to early 30's
Cons: well the screen freezes up when ur texting, the screen is also really sensitive so be careful because you could damage it, and the speaker phone isnt that loud at times it may sound like its not really on.
Summary: Well generally I do like the product however the freezing while texting and just for whatever it would freeze up is a bit annoying along with the other issues of the scree, and the speaker phone. At this point I would recommend if you get this phone please please get the insurance I promise you with the two years you will get another phone!
