Palm Pixi Plus user reviews (Verizon Wireless)

Pros compact size, good integration of sms and email messaging, clear display

Cons at least two problems which make the device unusable (but bear in mind I use the phone unlocked in an overseas country). See below.
No support whatever from Palm.

Summary Insuperable problems
i) ringer (speaker) unreliable - intermittent or silent. So you cannot hear the phone ring!
ii) does not support USSD requests (numbers beginning with a *. So, on my mobile serive, you cannot inquire prepaid balance or top up airline.
Therefore, phone unusable (for me))

Pros Free mobile hotspot is nice when using laptops on a rooadtrip or something. very simple and elegant. Looks stunning. Wide variety of apps. very organized

Cons Gets slow sometimes bu very rarely

Summary i was in my local verizon with my family buying my sister her first phone for her 9th birthday(LG enV touch) and i saw that this was free. so i swapped my last generation blackberry curve for it. getting this phone for not one cent was the greatest deal ever. i dont think ill ever go back to blackberry. palm has won me over

Pros it's a nice smart phone.

Cons 40 bucks extra every month.

Summary There's other phones that have a cheaper monthly plan. But this phone is awesome and very nice looking. There's nothing wrong with the keypad from what heard.
