Open Source coming in 2012!Cons: Occasional hardware quirks, i.e. earpiece tends to go out a lot and forces you to use speakerphone; volume rocker gets stuck in one position
Summary: This is by far the best mobile device I have ever used, yes I like it better than the iPhone I was given for work. If you are lucky enough to be on Verizon do not hesitate to pick up a Pre2 - or if you can find one - a Pre3. Even in today's market, these devices are sadly underrated due to lack of carrier support as HP decided they didn't have the money to compete in the phone biz.
