"i want one--just NOT on sprint"
Pros: size, screen, email functionality, other. super sweet phone
Cons: sprint, no mem card slot
Summary: would def buy asap when avail if not on sprint.... hard to imagine switching for sprint

Everyone's entitled to their opinion so here's mine - I don't have such a low view of Sprint's customer service. In fact, they've been quite helpful the few times I've called them. Yeah, they were pretty bad early on but have improved vastly.

Yup I hate sprint too. Crack, we are mad because
1) there hasn't been a Palm phone released in years.
2) Sprint is by far, not even remotely close, the worst carrier for customer service. Maybe you don't mind being treated like garbage....its certainly your choice if you like to be handled like you are completely and totally worthless...heck maybe you are...but some of us value that. call us crazy. -
dont be tight that your carrier isnt getting it. ur carrier cant get evrything!
