Summary: As an iPhone owner I can only see good things for this phone. The OS is outstanding and the hardware of the phone is not too bad, but not as good as the iPhone. There are some things I hope are added and if so I'll pick one up. More memory 8gb is not enough for me, onscreen keyboard, hardware keyboard that's slightly bigger. Other than those main things I think palm has a winner that will only get better with future iterations. I won't count not having apps as a con because it will definitely get better with time. I'm very excited for this phone and what it will bring to the smartphone market. I can only hope that they will implement some kind of onscreen keyboard like the cupcake update did for android. You don't always wanna slide the keyboard up especially when browsing the web in landscape mode.
Physical keyboard needs improvement
More flash memory 8gb not enough
Not full copy & paste
Overall I think it's a great phone and while it doesn't really make me want to switch from my iPhone I don't think CNET's review was on point. The phone is a lot better than what they rated it. Its between 4 and 4 1/2 stars.
Disclaimer: I don't own phone just borrowed my friends to review and see if I liked it or not.
