Pros: good all in one , phone PDA .
Cons: Many : 1) I have replaced three of these treo 180's all had the same problem , speaker phone cable just cuts in the middle and you can't hear anything during a call from the other End . 2) very slow processor 3) Hangs every now and than duringa call .

Pros: Small, convenient, easily understood. Speaker phone enhances talk & other application use simultaneously.
Cons: NOT color, no good headset and battery replacement expensive.

"bad, worse if you have t-mobile"
Pros: Palm OS is simple enough for anyone to use. Great features, like calendar, address book, internet browser, tasks, etc. It charges fast. Keyboard is very useful
Cons: I does not have voice dial, the battery life totally sucks (you MUST charge it everynight and pray it will not die on you). It freezes way to often and you must reset some twice a month (my first one broke so i got a replacement that worked a little bette
