    "No phone substitute"

    on January 12, 2005

Pros: Does it all, kind of.

Cons: After a couple months the ability to hear went dead unless on speaker phone. Got a replacement in three days, within two days it went dead again. The phone capabilities are weak if you're used to a Nokia. If your main need is a phone, buy a phone. If

"Best damn thing I've ever bought!"

    on January 12, 2005

Pros: No problem with keyboard for good typist. Wonderful to synch Outlook & carry everything with me. Snapper is best third party mail carrier. Get the hands-free auto-holder for your car...it's great!

Cons: Camera sucks. Wish it had the 'auto text-correct' that new BBerry is coming out with. Other than that, still a great product.

"Finally, a smartphone at a decent price"

    on January 10, 2005

Pros: Palm OS 5.2; Usable Keyboard; Lots of software available making it versatile;Strong Signal; Phone quality actually improved with latest firmware update (1.12); Unlocked Quad-Band GSM; Fits nicely in my hand. Speakerphone actually functions;Phone has been

Cons: Screen resolution should be better; Camera is about as good as a pinhole camera;Battery is non-removable. These issues have been worked out on the 650, but I was hesistant to buy it as it frankly just too new.

    "All I'd hoped for!"

    on January 8, 2005

Pros: Does everything I need and the set-up was a breeze. I have mine through Cingular, and so far it's working perfectly for my business and personal life. The 650 will have to be a *major* improvement to better the 600!

Cons: As a long time Pal user, I miss grafetti, but that's a minor complaint considering that a writing would require a large phone. The keyboards (physical and on-screen) work fine for me.
