"Just get a Blackberry"
Pros: the palm is excellent
Cons: the phone is garbage
Summary: How does the phone work? I wouldn't know because ALL of my calls drop after about 2 minutes. The wireless mode feature automatically turns itself off just whenever it feels like it; but usually when you're on the phone or sending a text message then you have to wait to use it for about three or four minutes.....then it turns back off and you're back into the vicious cycle. I called T-Mobile and they're like "uhhhh, just keep resetting it and we'll send you a new phone." Many of my calls just went directly to voicemail. If you have a trial period through your cell phone company, try your luck, but I'm on my 2nd phone in less than 7 days. Had I read this page first, I would not have purchased this phone and that would have been a wise choice.
