CNET editors' buying advice
We have not reviewed this product but here is CNET's buying advice on Smartphones. This content was chosen based on the features included with this model of smartphone.
Speakerphone
A speakerphone is useful for hands-free calling when you're driving or multitasking. Consider getting a cell phone with a full-duplex speakerphone, which allows both parties to speak at the same time. Business travelers who need to set up impromptu meetings will want to look at a mobile phone or smartphone that supports conference calling.

Palm OS
Simplicity has always been a hallmark of the Palm operating system. Although version 5.4 packs in more features than ever for PDAs and smartphones, it's arguably just as easy to operate as the first version. To run a program, tap its icon. To enter data, write onscreen using the character recognition software or tap-type on the virtual keyboard. Everything about the handheld operating system seems logical, intuitive, and uncomplicated.
Because of Palm's long time on the market, Palm OS users have an abundance of third-party applications to choose from. Palm also has traditionally been easy to sync with both Mac and Windows; and, the majority of Palm handhelds come with DataViz Documents to Go, which natively supports Microsoft Office files such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
