"Best Treo Yet......."
Pros: Teathered Modem, Crisp screen, easy to use software, clear call quality, Fast EVDO internet
Cons: Can't keep your beer cold
Summary: Seriously this is the best Phone i have ever had. I have owned the Treo 650, 700w(for a day), and many other cell phones that have not been up to par. Until the 700p, the 650 was my best phone. The 700p blows the others out of the water. With the same functions of the 650 plus new features like teathering, EVDO, and (in my opinion) an easier to use keyboard. Palm really went all out this time and if you are not sure if this is right for your look around at other phones. After you are done looking, check this one out again and see how it compares. I do not use this for business, rather this is my personal phone. Really though, the only drawback is the service plan with verizon....79.99 for voice, 44.99 unlimited data, 15.00 for teathered modem use. Gets a bit pricey, but if you want all this in one great package it is will worth it.

So you are saying that the Treo 700p is better than the treo 700w even though the 700w has an extra features: the mobile 5.0 and is the 700p a touch screen phone like the other treo and what is the only thing you dont like about the treo 700p? is txt messaging easy and does the mp3 player work good enough and last is it hard to hold his phone since its bulky???

Can you explain how the cost works? I looked on Verizon's website and the 79.99 says unlimited data usage. Where are you getting the extra $45 from? Is suring the web free or does that take away minutes?

How can a phone with no wifi be rated a 10?
I thought the whole purpose was to stay connected.
I admit is it a decent phone but its memory is small and no wifi. I can not even load my phone/pics. I can understand a 9 but a 10 no way.
