Pros: Sleek design, Faster Internet
Cons: Windows Mobile 5.0
Summary: Thank goodness Palm added what it calls Palm "juice" to the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system. It allows Palm users to enjoy many of the same software shortcuts we've come to enjoy in other Treo phones using the Palm OS.
But it needs more of it.
The Windows Mobile OS simply isn't as easy or intuitive to use as the Palm OS.
Windows may give the Treo more computing power, but it isn't as much fun. -

Pros: good mail (but crashes if someone calls)
Cons: heavy, short battery life
Summary: palm needs to work out the bugs, my treo crashes on a regular basis, very annoying when using phone for business calls

Pros: Perfect for keeping my paper pile from blowing away
Cons: Needs to be recharges every 6 hours, even if holding a small stack of paper
Summary: I've owned my fair share of Windows Mobile devices, and I never seem to learn.
iPhone put this thing to shame, too bad it's only available from one greedy carrier. -

Pros: Not a serious business phone/PDA
Cons: Not a good phone if you depend on one for business
Summary: Bought this two weeks ago, and have serious concerns about usability and reliability. Need to use land line out of fear of being dropped on important calls. Missed several calls because phone never rings.
Luckily the time to miss calls is limited by half-day battery life.
This phone is perfect for the tech/geek who sits in his cube all day trying upload a game he wrote in C++. -
