Pros: Palm usually builds solid devices overall
    better looking than old treos

    Cons: 2mp
    keyboard too small
    320x320 a joke
    tiny screen
    LOW RAM, ONLY 40mb free
IE improved, but still a joke in terms of browsing.

As another review said, Palm doesnt support its products. Killed off the 800w in under a few months with 1 patch.

Summary: For once Ill agree with Bonnie Cha, youre better off as a business user with a Touch Pro. 2mp camera on a high end phone in 2009 is a joke. 40mb free RAM in 2009, a joke. Touch Pro has way over 100 free along with most high end smartphones. 320x320 on a postage stamp sized screen may have been ok in 2006-07 but this is 2009 and big high res screens are becoming standard on WM.

The keyboard choice was poor on a business device. The keyboard is not horrible, but isnt ideal for any kind of typing a business device user would do. Overall specs are just VERY disappointing for a 2009 device that Palm charges an arm and a leg for. Why spend the same amount on a phone with specs from 2007? go get yourself a Touch Pro for the same price with MUCH higher specs.

Agreed, worst phone ever and so costly for that thing that keeps freezing and is such a frustration with its best component: the reset button!!!

Another idiot that does not own the phone! It just amazes me that CNET let's people post useless junk on here. Get a life!

I have the touch pro now and want to return it. The Touch pro does have a lot of cool featuers, great keyboard and large screen, but the touch part is impossibly clumsy, it launches programs rather than scrolling, makes calls, and overall just impossible to use, I cannot see how this is a good business/professional device. . I want to go back to a Treo, even if it has a smaller screen and less memory.
