Pros: FREE! Great sound quality; compact, tough little phone

Cons: everyone hears echo; joystick button falls off

Summary: Loud ringing capability and clear sound, even with speakerphone. Everything sounds great on my end, but people I talk to on this phone hear themselves echo. This has only been resolved by using my bluetooth earpiece for every call. The little joystick button fell off after one week. AT&T wireless had me contact Pantech for another button, but Pantech insisted I send the phone in for service, and that it would be about six weeks. They wouldn't even let me BUY the button. Phone works fine without it, though. AT&T preprogrammed contacts aren't removable. Demo games aren't removable, so I tried to download full versions. After purchasing and downloading, I got an error message that the game isn't compatible with the phone. Key shortcuts can't be reconfigured. Minor details, I guess. I can't count how many times it's been dropped or stepped on. One of my kids dropped into a bathtub of water a few days ago. It never even shut off. Shook the water out of it, and made a call!
