"HORRIBLE!!! This has to be the worst phone."
Pros: They have a good concept with the dual slider. Unfortunately a good concept doesn't mean it is a good phone.

"Breaks too easily - frustrating and disappointing"
Pros: Smart Phone features are nice and easy to navigate. Definately having consumers like me - who are on the go and want to be connected at all times - in mind.
Cons: battery gets over heated and over charged way too easily. This is my 3rd phone within 8 months. I can't babysit the battery chargers so that I charge the phone fully but not overcharge it. There seems to be no reset button, either.

Pros: i liked texting on this phone
Cons: -i've had this phone less than a year and there's a spring coming out of it
- bad customization options

-when switching to qwerty from the regular way the screen sometimes freezes.
