"Horrible, on third warranty swap. Avoid this phone!!"
Pros: When we bought it, there were not many full keyboard phones available. The dual keyboard was a nice feature.
Cons: After a couple of months, the phone would constantly freeze, delete text messages, not allow calls answered, etc. Got a "new" phone under warranty, after a couple of months the same thing would happened. Now on third phone its doing the same thing.

"Great phone to introduce one's self to windows mobile"
Pros: Dual Keyboard, If you get it in red it doesn't feel like it's made of crappy thin plastic. great for text messaging, easy to use. sturdy, sleek, pretty, innovative, convenient. great storage.
Cons: Occasional lag with screen catching up,but nothing awfully annoying. the soft keys on the front can be a little close together but again, nothing you don't instinctively you don't get used to. a little boring as far as extra "lights and whistles" go.

"Great Machine with very bad issues"
Pros: I have my panitech duo now for a year, it has great features, the texting is one of the features that I like the best using the key board, the graphic are extremly clear.
Cons: problems are it freezes up, locks me out of the phone I have a hard time getting the lock off, conversation are very hard to hear the other person and it shuts it self off even while you are talking or texting better yet no matter what you are doing

Pros: big screen, can be on hold and check internet, send messages at the same time without loosing the call. Clear calls, Letters touch pads sensitive and big enough.fit everywhere.
Cons: battery tends to run out fast
