"It's actually the best phone I've ever owned!"
on by jandrews257Pros It is easy to text on. It is durable. It is easy to use. It takes good pictures. I don't use my phone for web-browsing, so those features don't matter to me. I do text a lot, and it is so easy for texting. I have small hands and fingers, so the keyboard i
Cons The first phone I bought quit working within 2 weeks. The screen just went completely white. They did replace my phone for free, thank goodness. This was over a year ago, and the replacement has worked like a gem - no problems. The only other con I can th
Summary If you like to text and use your phone as a phone, then this is a great phone to have. It's easy to use, and it is very sturdy and durable - the most durable phone I've ever had. I don't care about using the Internet on my phone, so I can't comment on that feature. Overall, I am super happy with this phone.

"NOT THE BEST"
on by mclovinrox94Pros It could mulit-task, it could play music, had lots of memory, assign moving pictures as wallpapers, get different apps, ok calling performance...
Cons very small screen, not the best keyboard, worked very slow if you didnt have service, bad GPS signal...
Summary I had this phone for a couple of months and it wore out very quickly (idk if it was because i was using it alot, or what) i hadfurst liked the keyboard then i realised that it had very tiny numbers and was hard to use with large hands. i didnt like that the screen is so tiny, if you were on the internet alot it reallymade the scrolling a pain. i found it wierd that if i was in a area where i was driving or something and it didnt have service it would work very slow (it isnt that big of a deal). the gps signal got lost very easy. i didnt like the email it was very limited to features and wasnt the most private (someone could just get my phone and look at my email without having to log in or anything). i do like that you could assign your own ringtones when you recieve a message. i didnt ilke how the notepad was very limited to the number of characters allowed. i liked the music player alot.... those are all the bad things i didnt like about it, but it also does have good calling perforance, it has a great speaker, a ok camera. i used this phone for ATT so it might be different for others......

"Not a good phone"
on by l0912Pros Good text messaging keyboard. It's nice the the numbers are on the front for easy dialing
Cons Freezes up ALOT! Texts get stuck in the outbox and the only way to send them is to restart the phone. On mine, the charging port is ruined, so I can't charge the phone at all.
Summary I wouldn't recommend this phone to anybody who texts alot. I bought it because of the design of the keyboard, with the numbers on the front. I text about 10,000 a month, and it aggravated me how the texts would constantly get stuck in the outbox, causing me to have to restart the phone. I cant charge the phone at all and ATT won't give me the warranty, so I have to buy a completely new phone. Other than the keyboard, the only other good thing about the phone is that it has a good drop resistance. I've dropped it from a second story floor to the first and there were no scratches, dents, or cracks. Overall though, not a good phone
