"Convenient, but phone is terrible"
Pros: Email, calendar, tasks, etc. work pretty well. Has a bigger screen than the newer color version. I'll take the screen over color anyday.
Cons: The phone is terrible. I use T-Mobile but based on other reviews, the service provider doesn't seem to matter. I live in a fairly large city and it won't work in my apartment!
