"Excellent for corporate users with BES"
Pros: Form factor, bright hi-res screen, sure-type, speaker-phone
Cons: Lack of customizable views, some orphaned messages
Summary: 1) Managed a corporate rollout of 30 GSM/GPRS 7100 units with a back-end Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) linked to MS Exchange Server.
2) Excellent response from the users up to now with a miniumum of support calls.
3) BES 4.0 synchronizes all 5 Outlook functions and doesn't require any desktop installation.
4) Wireless sync of Outlook Mail, Calendar, Memo, Tasks, Contacts works perfectly with BES pushing out the information.
5) Users reports seamsless roaming (Email/voice) in USA and Europe.
6) Have tested BB 75xx, 71xx, 72xx in the past. Personally prefer the 7100.
