"First-time Blackberry User"
Pros: Call clarity, Direct Connect Feature
Cons: Confusing sometimes
Summary: It is kind of confusing to set up and the buttons are different, however, they work just fine and I don't think I will use anything but a blackberry again. I had a smrtphone and I like this more. Very easy to use for e-mail and such!
