"Would these features be important to you? Features missing....."

Pros: Very small , battery life pretty long, password keeper, built-in help menu,

Cons: No distinctive ring between callers personal verses business calls, cannot use a case that covers the keypad since spks are in the keypad- people cannot hear you,

Summary: another bad thing about this phone is that the caller log options only give you missed calls or all calls, it basically dumps all your emails and calls in one screen you can't do a separate emails from all calls. I would like to see more options, ie: incoming, outgoing, missed, IM's, emails, all separated. This will help when searching for a number besides scrolling down tons of stuff. There should also be more choices of rings verses only using one or two rings at a time for incoming calls. Why have so many choices of rings when you can only use a few at a time? Also wish this phone had caller ID photo with distinctive ring. Half the time people can't hear me on the phone when it's in speaker mode. And as for being able to see the screen in the daylight...no chance except if you had it at it's brightest and at that point your using too much juice and will also have to adjust it in the night time since it will be too bright. One thing I do like about the phone is that it has 3 modes for ringing, loud, vibrate, and quiet mode where there is no noise at all. The bluetooth wireless ear piece I purchased for $70 bucks is too big for my ears and keeps falling off...I wish there were more sizes to choose from then just one. We all have different size ears. Another nice feature is the light on the phone changes colors letting you know you have a voicemail or in wireless headset mode. I do love the password keeper just in case you loose your phone and for that added safety. And as for surfing the net...well I purchased this phone to login to ebay and watch my auctions...it seems I can't login to any website because the software is a Java level 1 of which ebay is a 5...this is what the blackberry rep told me...this did not make me happy since I purchased this to be able to login to websites. They may put a patch on the software to fix this...but in the mean time...don't hold your breath! Hope this all helps..my rating on this model is average.
