"Works for me"
Pros: Ease of use from the outset, smaller size, great screen
Cons: Telephone keypad
Summary: So far, I'm ecstatic with this unit. With the software automatically figuring out what word I'm trying to type 95% of the time, you don't need a dedicated QWERTY key for each letter. However, when you call a company with auto answer that asks you to type in an extension number, you have to use your powers of memory to remember where the letters are on a typical phone (ABC, DEF, etc.). But it's an incrediby small price to pay in light of all the features and benefits. I'm sold!!Updated
Users of traditional Blackberry's will probably have more ramp-up time with the re-styled keypad on the 7130e. But since this was my first Blackberry, it took me only about a half-dozen entries to feel totally comfortable with it. Try it in the store (Verizon had a live model)....you'll see it's not as nasty as some folks reported.Updated
