The good: Compact; color screen; built-in keyboard; real-time e-mail; Web browser; Java support (J2ME); compact travel charger; syncing cable; decent battery life.
The bad: Lacks speakerphone and memory-expansion slot.
The bottom line: If you can find decent AT&T Wireless coverage in your area, the BlackBerry 7210 is an admirable and functional smart phone.

The ability to integrate outlook contacts with cell phone is added bonus Cons: Phone seems to pick up every sound within 50m radius making it difficult to hear me. Using headset only slightly reduces problem. Also not sure if antenna is weaker than on normal cell phones but I get very average cell phone reception - which only compou stars "Not much more than email." ByPros: Real time email is great. Cons: Calender does not sync well with database software. Third party apps are very few. Not much of a PDA and a bit large for a phone.
