"Awful Support and Reception Problems" on
Pros: I can see myself getting addicted to the email side of Blackberry. Simple to use and setup. Screen is easy to read. Interface is easy to use.
Cons: I worked for a whole day trying to get my computer sync'd via Bluetooth to this device. Very frustrating. Both the Blackberry and Cingular site were awful - no help. Cingular couldn't find the phone number for Blackberry tech support either. I barely foun

and I have to say that was the only phone I had great connection. It is sad though that they limitted blue tooth ability to just hand free devices. However I knew that beforehand.

It's widely known that Blackberries do not support Bluetooth sync. The Blackberry site specifically states "Bluetooth® support for hands-free voice communications". Assuming that a device has a feature that isn't listed is not a defect of the product itself but a mistake on the buyer's behalf.
