"A tech-support nightmare!"
Pros: An effecient device to manage daily affairs and communications, if used as a stand-alone unit.
Cons: In order to syncronize handheld data with a desktop program such as outlook, you must subscribe to an expensive monthly service through Blackberry. Had I known that, I would not have purchased this product. Technical support is non-existant without paying
