"avoid Verizon like the plage"
Pros: Reliable devise. Solid e-mail works great as do other less cool PDA functions.
Cons: Stay far away from Verizon they dont have a web browser and help support tells you to download a third party viewer, just to tell you later that this voids you warrenty. BlackBerry suppot is a joke, it is impossable to talk to someone, you can only do it
