"A great phone for business"
Pros: Good key board
nice trackball
GPS works well
Awesome add-onsCons: Browsing the web is hard
Summary: With the right add-on to this phone you can really maximize the features it. I have a Blackberry bluetooth keyboard and eOffice program.It will run from $100-$230, And I really don't even need to use my laptop anymore. For navigation Get Google map and google apps its free by google and its great stuff. if you really want to get high end get Garmin mobile its great. All in All if you expect this blackberry to be fully equip, you are mistaken.
A tad bit slippery ( get a gel cover)
Updated on Nov 12, 2008The reception is alright but its not the phones fault i believe its more of a T-mobiles problem. All the other ratings are rating T-mobile and not the phone itself which is unfair to Black Berry
