"Very Good but as always not perfect"
Pros: Full Qwerty keyboard, trackball, a ton of great functions, good camera with 5x zoom and flash, video, etc
Cons: BATTERY DRAIN! laggy sometimes,
Summary: First off I am quite happy with this phone. It is a great device which offers a ton of great functions. I love the main screen which allows you to customize which icons/programs you use most. The internet is FAST! SPrint TV and Music works on a blackberry! Hell yeah!lol. Reads up to 8gb micro sd cards, so plenty of room for your favorite music or video or pics. Some 3rd party apps available. I use opera mini, but it wont play youtube...bummer. However the browser that comes with this phone does...go figure. The 2.0 mp camera is very respectable with 5x zoom and a good flash. Video works ok too. The trackball and keyboard works well. GPS is good too. Not a whole lot of complaints. But there are some.
First off, the battery drains fast! If I spent 4 straight hours on my phone texting, using the internet, gps, etc.....my phone will be dead not even halfway through the day. You will need a car charger or bring you wall charger with you, if you use your phone alot. My next biggest complaint is the music. I have a bunch of music on a micro sd card. When letting the music play(playlist), it switches from song to song quickly. However, when I start to skip from one song to the next, sometimes there is up to a 20 second delay. Very annoying. I guess it has to do with the overall lag of the phone. Sometimes it is just plain slow when switching from one program to another. Not sure if it has to do with the processor. Overall this is a good phone with some annoying issues but nothing worth trading the phone in.

you likely cant watch youtube using opera mini because it doesn't have download permission

the lag of the music playing is most likely due to the file type of your music. (mp3, mp4, aac, wmv, et cetera)
