"'Touch' This!"
Pros: Keyboard, Fast Data Transfers, Push Email, 2.0MP Camera, Reasonable Price
Cons: trackball, Trackball, TRACKBALL!!!!!
Summary: I recently ditched my Blackberry Pearl from T-Mobile in favor for another smart device with a full qwerty keyboard. Although I knew that Blackberry devices are great little devices, I thought it was time to expand my horizons and try something else. I decided to try the HTC Touch because of it's amazing TouchFlo technology, but that relationship didn't last too long. Despite some of the sub-par reviews about the Samsung Ace, I stupidly tried that device out. After some frustration and many of my students telling me that my calculator looked cool, I decided to trade that terrible Ace in favor of the Curve.
Although the Curve is no sexy machine, it doesn't look as terrible as some other phones on the market. It's loaded with many desirable features that the Ace nor the Touch offered ( Telenav GPS, IM capabilities etc...etc...) The Curve's OS is much more inuitive and reliable that WinMo 6, and with Sprints amazing network, download speeds are truly breathtaking. Call quality is good and battery life is about average for a smartphone. The only downside that I could think of is the trackball. Being a previous Blackberry owner, I know that the trackball will get sticky after a year of regular use. Any potential owners may want to invest in some sort of extended warranty to ensure that if you do run into problems, that it gets taken care of.

Thanks for the info. I am shopping for a new cellphone myself. I looked at the HTC touch and the New Palm phone by sprint also. With what I have researched so far I am moving toward the Blackberry Curve. Again thanks for the review.
