Pros: You can make calls with it, it does get email, and it's the right size

"Lots of features, but compromised keyboard."
Pros: Versatile, full-featured phone, easy to set up. Good feel in the hand, readable, bright screen. Responsive controls, positive keys and buttons. phone sounded clear, and reception was great. Advanced, helpful predictive texting.
Cons: Find the antonym for intuitive, and you've found the description of the Pearl's menus.

"Cool Phone, short on customization"
Pros: Quck phone. The download speeds are comparable to lowgrade cable speeds, or DSL for the internet access. The Integration with google maps made it easy to get turn by turn directions from the address book without paying for the preloaded service.
Cons: Customization for ring tones was easy enough for each person in the address book, but customization for other featurs like vibrate for one user, but ring for another was lacking. Also lacked the ability to play youtube or mp3's from email attachments
