"S**T PHONE!"
Pros: Good organizer, good for keeping track of things
Cons: I have gone through 5 phones in the 7 months I have had the phone. So many technical problems. The browser isn't all that great. Doesn't have much in the way of apps. Runs SLOW! When playing music, gets even slower. Track ball is horrible.
Summary: This is a crap phone and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I payed the out of pocket price for it because I had only had my old phone for 7 months and I wanted a smart phone. So it was $250 and $50 "rebate," which I never received, $15 for a rubber cover so it would stay in hand a lot easier, and $10 for a car charger, and... $100 extended warranty coverage which I will have to pay another $100 just to redeem. So $425 later, I have had to replace it because it would A) shut itself off B) track ball stopped working C) froze a lot D) all the keys stopped working E) the front fell off. I have only dropped the phone once, no water damage, and yet I had all these issues.
AT&T was more than willing to replace it, but it was the half hour drive and the gas to get there to have it replaced 5 times is a giant waist of anyone's time. I have met so many people with the same phone that have had the same basic issues as I have had. DO NOT PURCHASE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND TIME!
