Cons: I have to take the battery out and reset it every other day, lose calls (not the service) and when I start surfing the internet, the phone locks up on me

Pros: I love the email capabilities, the keyboard, the internet, and the applications you can add. I like the look and the sleekness.
Cons: Verizon offers horrible support because they have realized the phone is not long lasting, reason why they now offer it for $19.99!
