"dont be fooled by its looks and hype"
Pros: sleek and light wight
Cons: no video capture and many more
Summary: this phone is not very user friendly.first off some features are kind of retarded why would they make a phone that the display is bright when its bright in the room or outside but when its dark or night time the screen is dim?why?shouldn't it be the other way around or at least be able to choose how you want it.another is when people call you there is a time delay to when they actually can hear you say hello.so when you answer you have to wait then say hello dumb might i say.the phone was defective,i could not download music or call some one from a certain network and it would not let me choose my own ring tone.i just got so fed up with calling customer support that i just decided to trade it in for a samsung t629 and might i say this phone is way better and the resolution is just the same as the blackberry.dont be fooled by its looks because i was and had trouble for a week and a half till i made the switch.BEST THING I EVER DID!!!!

Bought the Pearl and two T-629's for my kids at the same time. All are good, but the T629 is not in the same class. I've had none of the problems described. Free ringtones from my own mp3's was simple. But it is a blackberry, takes time to figure out all the things it can do.
